Sergeant Major (Ret.) Bobby Timms, age 90, of Clarksville, Passed away Wednesday, October 5, 2022 at his residence.
Bobby was born August 13, 1932 in Rome, GA to the late R.W. Timms and Viola Callahan Timms. He is also preceded in death by three sisters; one brother; and grandson Corey Cavanaugh.
He is survived by his loving wife of 67 years, Monique Timms; daughters, Debbie Cavanaugh (Bob Mayer) and Brenda (Danny) Edmondson; twin sister, Roberta Abney; grandchildren, Craig Cavanaugh, Kyle Edmondson, and Will Edmondson (Alyssa); great-grandchildren, Reily Cavanaugh and Hayden Cavanaugh.
Visitation will be Friday, October 21, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. at Neal Tarpley Parchman Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 12:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Neal Tarpley Parchman Funeral Home after Visitation. Burial to follow at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West.
