CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW)- The residents at Ahava Healthcare were filled with joy Friday as music played and people with instruments and encouraging messages appeared outside their windows.
“Tennova Home Health and Hospice provided entertainment for our sweet residents this afternoon,” said Amber Malone, Director of Marketing at Ahava Healthcare of Clarksville.
A THHH worker assembled his family and friend to play blue grass music and as the music played, residents smiled, laughed, danced and some even cried tears of joy.
The residents have been unable to have visitors due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The music and messages were heartwarming.
“Having them perform and parade around the outside of our facility today was a true blessing for our residents and staff!,” Malone said. “We are so grateful to have such an amazing and caring healthcare community.”
