Blaine Charles Van Gogh, 73, of Clarksville, TN, passed away on Wednesday, December 9, 2015, at Gateway Medical Center.
Blaine was born on April 29, 1942, in Detroit, MI to the late Harry Van Gogh and Virginia Feathers Van Gogh.
Funeral service will be Thursday, December 17, 2015, at 3:00 PM at the Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Chapel with Pastor Won C. Lee officiating. Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 17, 2015, from 1:00 PM until the hour of service at the funeral home.
Blaine was a member of The United Church. He was a Retired U.S. Army Veteran, having served in the Korean War.
Blaine is survived by his brother, Vincent Van Gogh of San Diego, CA; sister, Sandra Lee Schillizzi; and brother-in-law, Vincent Schillizzi of Camarillo, CA.
