Billy entered this life on March 7, 1949, in Erin, TN, to Johnie Hollis and Clara Mae Sisk Hollis.
Survivors include his loving wife Melissa Hollis, son; Randy Hollis, daughters; Shanna Rye, Christy Bell, and Brandie Bowers. He also leaves behind one brother; Leon Hollis, and one sister; Faye Weninger.
