Billy Dean Heggie, age 72 of Clarksville, passed away on Saturday, January 31, 2015 at Grace Healthcare.

Billy was born on January 6, 1943 in Wilmington, IL. The son of J.D. Heggie and Mary Lou Black Heggie.
He is preceded in death by his brothers, Bobby Heggie and J.W. Heggie; sisters, Pauline Riley and Agnes Minton.
Billy is survived by his daughter, Mary Cocanougher; brother, Jerald Heggie; sisters, Pat Pritchard and Shirley Rerdan.
