Billy Eugene McRae, of Clarksville, TN, passed away on Thursday, February 29, 2024, at Walking Horse Meadows at the age of 88.
Billy was born on January 27, 1936, in Abilene, TX to the late Aubrey McRae and Lola O’Neal.
Billy is survived by his wife, Lore Steinmeyer McRae, sons, David McRae, Bobby McRae, and Larry McRae, daughter, Ramona Grice, and grandchildren, Jessica McRae, David James, Billy McRae, and Sherry Hughes.
Billy served his country in the US Army during World War II and the Korean War, retiring after 23 years.
