A Celebration of Life service for Billie Jeanne Broering, age 77 of Clarksville, will be Wednesday, October 23, 2019, at 12:00PM at Sykes Funeral Home.
Interment will follow at Kentucky Veteran’s West Cemetery where she will be laid to rest beside her late husband, COL Leo Frederick Broering (Ret). The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM until the time of service. Billie passed away on Wednesday, October 9, 2019, at Tennova Healthcare. She was born on December 11, 1941, in Prestonburg, KY to Luke and Gladys Mooar. She loved gardening, ceramic art, animals, and the Cincinnati Reds.
Billie is preceded in death by her parents and husband. She is survived by her son, Dwight (Lori) Broering; daughter, Heather (Vincent Turner) Broering; 2 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; and sister, Ramona Waters.
