CLARKSVILLE, TN − Big Brothers Big Sisters of Clarksville’s 42nd Annual Bowl for Kids’ Sake event raised over $68,000 for the youth mentoring organization. This year’s event was held on May 4 and 9 at the Pinnacle Family Entertainment Center and featured a “May the Force Be with You” theme with over 50 teams competing for top honors.
“Big Brothers Big Sisters of Clarksville was founded in 1975 and a few years later we held our first Bowl for Kids’ Sake fundraiser. We are so grateful, even after all these years, to still have the support of our community,” said Executive Director Sandra Brandon. “Because of them, we can continue to be Clarksville’s oldest youth mentoring organization.”
Big Brothers Big Sisters of Clarksville would like to thank the Pinnacle Family Entertainment Center for hosting and sponsoring both bowling events. The center’s continued support was critical to the event’s success.
Congratulations to this year’s winners:
- Largest Donor: U.S. Bank
- Most Teams: F&M Bank
- First Responder Challenger: Clarksville Fire Rescue
