CLARKSVILLE, TN – Big Brothers Big Sisters of Clarksville is proud to announce its selection as an official NASA Astro Camp location. This collaboration marks a significant milestone in the organization’s mission to empower youth through mentorship.
The NASA Astro Camp program partners with educators and youth service organizations to provide NASA-unique STEM engagement activities and experiences to local communities. The camp provides trained community facilitators to lead authentic NASA Science experiences and STEM activities. Astro Camp brings real-world opportunities for every student to join and contribute to NASA’s Science Missions.

NASA Astro Camp at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Clarksville will offer a diverse range of activities, including rocket building and launching, astronomy observations, robotics demonstrations, gravity experiments and numerous other STEM based activities. Participants will have the opportunity to learn from experienced educators, scientists, and engineers, as well as interact with guest speakers who will share their insights and experiences in the STEM field.
