Betty Lou Jackson, age 83, of Clarksville, passed away Thursday, February 11, 2016, at her residence.
Betty was born November 5, 1932, in Montgomery County, TN, to the late Lucille McElroy. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Billy Jackson.
Mrs. Jackson was a devoted homemaker and a member of First Baptist Church of Clarksville.
Funeral service will be held Sunday, February 14, at 3:00 PM, at the Chapel of Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home, with Dr. John David Laida and Dr. Felts Dent officiating. Visitation will be Sunday, February 14, from 12:00 Noon until the hour of service, at the funeral home.
Betty is survived by her daughter, Karen (Mike) Matlock of Goodlettsville, TN; three grandchildren, Lindsey (Raushod Russell), Christopher Hobbs, and Jason Matlock; great grandchild, Jacoby Hobbs; brother-in-law, Ray Jackson of Baton Rouge, LA; sister-in-law, Ruth Bagby of Clarksville; and favorite cousins, Elaine Bagby, Tracey Rainey, Twila Landeneau, and Linda Heflin.
