A graveside service for Betty Lou Ezekiel, age 90, of Clarksville, TN will be Friday, September 15, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. at Greenwood Cemetery. She will be interred next to her husband of 50 plus years, David Ezekiel. Pastor Carolyn Nobling will officiate.
Betty was born on May 2, 1933, in Stewart County, TN to George and Effie Manners. Betty was a member of First United Methodist. She retired from Acme Boot Co. after over 40 years. For many years Betty enjoyed singing and dancing with the “Young at Heart” group at AJAX.
In addition to her parents and husband she is preceded in death by her sons, Michael David Ezekiel and Donald Rae Ezekiel, siblings, Ella Mae Chester, Pearl Lucille Chester, Elvin Irvin Manners, Delmar William Manners, Gilbert Morton Manners, Dorothy Lucille Norfleet, Beaulah Mae Hayner, Mary Ann Schroeder, and Jimmy Leroy Manner. Betty is survived by her grandsons, Michael Alexander Ezekiel and Darryl Andrew Wyatt, great- grandchild Jackson Wyatt, brother, Charles Ray (Brenda) Manners, and many nieces and nephews who she loved dearly.
