NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Thousands will converge on Nashville for New Year’s Eve and the city’s annual Bash on Broadway will be featured on Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve television special.

Chip Esten, (Deacon Claybourne on ABC’s Nashville) will host a portion of the show, introducing Lady Antebellum and Gavin DeGraw, who are performing live from Nashville.

Bassnectar-Bridgestone Arena

DJ and record producer Bassnectar will perform at Bridgestone Arena (his fourth consecutive year in Nashville).

While tickets sold out as soon as they went on sale, there are some available on the secondary market.

The 360-degree setup features stage in the center, incorporates in-house video boards, LED ribbon boards, and of course champagne at midnight.

Old Crow Medicine Show-Ryman Auditorium

Another Nashville New Year’s Eve tradition is Old Crow Medicine Show at the Ryman Auditorium.

The band, which has been winning over critics and fans for more than a decade, was inducted into the Grand Ole Opry last year and received Platinum certification for selling over 1,000,000 copies of “Wagon Wheel.”

Marty Stuart and the Fabulous Superlatives-City Winery

Grammy winner Marty Stuart & His Fabulous Superlatives play two shows at City Winery, 609 Lafayette Street. The early and late shows will feature Sam Outlaw as opening act.

Moon Taxi-War Memorial Auditorium

Nashville’s own Moon Taxi plays an 18+ show the historic War Memorial Auditorium. Showtime is 9:00 pm with opening band The Lonely Biscuits.

CLARKSVILLE EVENTS

Royal Lush Lounge Grand Opening

Royal Lush Lounge, a new business located at 1148 College Street, will host its Grand Opening on New Year’s Eve. The venue is 21 and over, and from 9 p.m. until 3 p.m., admission will be $5. There will be a champagne toast at midnight and music by DJ Roman Williams. Dress code will be enforced.

O’Neal’s

O’Neal’s will have live music from Mike Robinson at 6 p.m. and THE TOYZ at 10 p.m. at their 1979 Madison Street location. There will be a $19 cover with an appetizer buffet and a champagne toast at midnight.

Wild Woody’s Saloon

Wild Woody’s Saloon at 700 N Riverside Drive will have no cover on New Year’s Eve from 8 p.m. until 3 p.m. with free party favors, a pizza buffet. There will be a champagne toast at midnight, and entertainment from DJ Jammin Jaye Rachunok.

Faith Outreach Community Church

Faith Outreach Community Church located at 1237 Northfield Drive will host a Watch Night service from 10 p.m. until midnight. Communion will take place at Midnight. Prayer and praise will happen throughout the night, and all are welcome.
