CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – The Yodeling Walmart Boy is currently taking the internet by storm.
10-year-old Mason Ramsey is known for singing and yodeling old country tunes, particularly Hank Williams, in stores near his hometown in Illinois.
In March, a tweet showcasing his unique singing ability was retweeted more than 16 million times.
Last year, Clarksville’s own Beaver 100.3 FM discovered a video of young Mason belting out a song in a nearby Walmart. He was invited to record a video recreating his performance as well as singing a song at the radio station, which is now being featured nationwide as his popularity takes off.
Mason’s singing has inspired countless memes over tons of different platforms. Congrats to Mason on his newfound star power!
