CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) The Friends of Dunbar Cave will celebrate the tradition of Cooling at the Cave, Saturday, July 27 from 3-5 p.m. at the entrance to historic Dunbar Cave.

The concert is free and open to the public. What better way to spend a summer afternoon than Cooling at the Cave enjoying the music of the Cumberland Winds Jazz Project.

The Cumberland Winds Jazz Project is a 19-piece big band that specializes in music from the big band era. The Jazz Project has brought smiles to appreciative crowds with timeless classics from Count Basie, Glenn Miller, Duke Ellington and will be joined by special guest vocalist Sarah Queen.

The Friends of Dunbar Cave will provide refreshments and donations are welcome. Bring the family, lawn chairs, your dancing shoes, and beat the heat with the natural cool breeze coming from the mouth of the cave.
