Barry Lynn Travis, age 75 of Clarksville, passed away Wednesday, June 23, 2021 at Tennova Healthcare.
He was born February 23, 1946, in Clarksville, Tenn. to the late Herschell and Mable Travis. Barry worked for Montgomery County EMS for 35 years. He loved fishing and camping.
Travis is survived by his wife, Linda Travis; children, Peggy (Sam) Potts, Tina Tipton, Bill (Janine) Powers, Linda (Jerry) Elmore and Phillip Powers; six grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. He was also preceded in death by five siblings.
A celebration of life service was held Saturday, June 26 at the Chapel of Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home with Rev. Steve Lannom officiating. Burial followed at Riverview Cemetery. Visitations were held Friday, June 25 and Saturday, June 26 at the funeral home.
