CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – The suspect in a robbery at Cumberland Bank & Trust has been arrested.

The robbery occurred Nov. 24 on Wilma Rudolph Blvd.

The suspect did not have a weapon, but handed the teller a note demanding money. He then fled the scene.

According to a press release, Claksville police assisted the FBI with the execution of a search warrant at the home of 49-year-old James Halbrooks of Clarksville on Dec. 4.

Halbrooks was taken into custody and charged with the robbery.
