Families from the community attended the Back to School Backpack Bash at Summit Heights, hosted by the Clarksville Housing Authority, on the evening of July 30. The event included snacks, bounce houses and vendors including Bi-County Solid Waste Management, US Bank, TennCare Kids, MCHD Dental Clinic and Clarksville-Montgomery County Schools. Numerous churches also filled hundreds of backpacks with school supplies to give to the students for the new school year.
