NASHVILLE, Tenn. – An outage has left thousands of users without access to the internet and phone services, according to reports from DownDetector.com.

The website reports over 10,000 AT&T, 1,000 Verizon, 7,000 T-Mobile, 300 Sprint, 250 U.S. Cellular and 75 Cricket Wireless outages.

The outages have been reported in the Clarksville, Nashville, Chattanooga, and Knoxville areas in Tennessee. Outages are also reported in Huntsville, AL, and Lexington and Louisville, KY.

The Metro Nashville Police Department and the Nashville Fire Department are currently without internet service.

T-Mobile said they are aware of the outage and are working to find the source of the outage.

AT&T has begun responding to customers on Twitter, saying they are investigating the outage and working toward a solution.

Verizon Wireless’s support account also responded to multiple messages from people complaining about the outage.
