CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – The AseraCare Hospice Foundation presented a generous donation of $500 to S.A.F.E (Soldiers and Families Embraced), Monday, June 15. The mission of the Aseracare Hospice Foundation is to enhance the quality of life in the communities that AseraCare serves. As a Level 4 partner of the We Honor Veterans program, AseraCare understands the importance of supporting and caring for our veterans and their family members, especially in the area of grief which many veterans deal with daily.
Yvette Gillespie, Executive Director for AseraCare of Clarksville, said “AseraCare is proud to support to the SAFE organization in their important mission of providing counseling and support group services to active duty, veterans and families.” Reverend Jodi McCullah, Director of SAFE said, “SAFE is grateful to our community partners like Aseracare Hospice for support and for the care they provide to our military veterans and their families when they are so often the most vulnerable.”
