Maria Haycraft, founder of Artsville, said the Art Gala is all about visual artists and they are happy to have done the event two years in a row and plan on continuing it in the future.
“We want to reach our local visual artists so they can submit their artwork, be supported by our community, and also get votes, win prizes, and even sell their work at the show,” she said. “We have great food, great fun, and it’s just a great evening all in all.”
The Artsville Fest continues on Saturday with the Chalk Walk around the Downtown Commons from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
