A graveside service for Arthur Robert Grau, age 83, of Clarksville, TN, will be Thursday, December 29, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. at Kentucky Veteran’s Cemetery West in Hopkinsville, KY. Arthur passed away on December 9, 2022. He was born on January 26, 1939, in Detroit, MI, to Arthur and Julia Grau.
Arthur was a veteran of the United States Army and served during the Cold War. He was a member of Bethel Cumberland Presbyterian Church and enjoyed volunteering for Tennova Hospital, Meals on Wheels, and the VA Clinics. In his spare time, he liked walking marathons and reading.
In addition to his parents, Arthur is preceded in death by 1 son. He is survived by his wife of 26 years, Sigrid Grau; 5 children; sister, Judy; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
