CLARKSVILLE, Tenn.- A silent auction will take place Monday, November 2 through Wednesday November 18 at APSU’s African American Cultural Center.
All proceeds will benefit the African American Alumni Scholarship.
Prizes include APSU Fitness & Recreation Center 3 month membership and one week of Jr. Govs Summer Camp or One Full Boot Camp program session and APSU swag with a starting bid of $100.00; one night at Riverview Inn the starting bid of $50.00; Dell Venue 8 Pro with a start bid of $100.00.
Another prize is artwork created and donated by Miesha Arnold. All three pieces will be sold together and the starting bid will be $50.00. The final prize is a 1 month membership at Title Boxing that includes gloves, wrap, towel, water bottle, t-shirt and the starting bid is $100.00.
The winning bids will be announced at the beginning of the day Thursday, November 19. Items will need to be paid for and picked-up by the end of the day Friday, November 20.
The items are on display in the Wilbur N. Daniel African American Cultural Center (Clement 120) for bidding by students, faculty, staff, alumni, or community members.
The Centers hours of operations are:
8 a.m. -4:30 p.m.
Monday, Tuesday, and Friday
8 a.m.-6 p.m.
Wednesday and Thursday
Individuals who wish to make bids must physically come to the Center to bid on the items. Cash or check (Make payable to APSU-African American Alumni Scholarship)
