A Celebration of Life service will be Monday, February 10, 2020, at 3:00 PM at Sykes Funeral Home.
He will be laid to rest at the Great Lakes National Cemetery in Holly, MI. The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM until the time of service Monday at the funeral home. Antoine passed away on Sunday, February 2, 2020, at Tennova Healthcare. He was born December 27, 1997, in Detroit, Michigan to his mother Latyash Roberts. He graduated from Ben Carson High School and was second in command in ROTC. He also earned his CNA Certificate and played for the Federick Douglas football team. Antoine served in the United States Army and received a National Defense Service Medal.
Antoine is survived by his mother Latyash Roberts and Dawud Shabazz who raised him as his own; daughters: Anais Valentine Roberts and Arielle Marjorie Roberts; brothers: Elijah Shabazz, Jeremiah Shabazz, Nathan Shabazz, Ethan Shabazz, and Zechariah Shabazz.
