CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – The Kiwanis Club of Clarksville will present its 30th annual Bill Hoy Kiwanis Rodeo on Friday and Saturday, May 19 and 20, at the Montgomery County 4-H Arena, 1921 Rossview Road.
This PRCA sanctioned rodeo offers fun for the whole family. Gates open at 5:30 p.m. and the rodeo begins at 7:30 p.m. Event activities also include a petting zoo, pony rides, laser tag, mechanical bull riding, vendors, food and much more.
Friday night is kids night at the rodeo and free kids tickets are available at area Wendy’s locations, with purchase. Tickets are available online at www.clarksvillerodeo.com, or locally at any Legends Bank location, or the Papa Rock location in Woodlawn.
Tickets may also be purchsed through any Kiwanis member. Tickets are $8 for kids and $15 for adults in advance, or $15 for kids and $20 for adults at the gate.
ClarksvilleNow.com will also give away four pairs of tickets between May 15 and 18. Details coming soon.
Parking is free and the event will proceed, rain or shine.
All proceeds benefit the Kiwanis children’s programs, including: Reading Rodeo, Children’s Christmas Party, Clarksville Kiwanis Scholarships, and Interview a Veteran Essay Contest.
