Annie Jenice Oatman Jones, age 84, formerly of Clarksville, passed away on Tuesday, July 18, 2023.
Celebration of Life will be held 1 p.m. Saturday, July 22, 2023, at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home. Bro Carl Dudley will officiate. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 11 a.m. until the hour of service at the funeral home.
Annie entered this life on April 9, 1939, in Lutie, Texas to the late Orvil and Gertrude Tackel Oatman. She enjoyed reading, crocheting, beading, sewing, cooking, hunting, fishing, and camping. Annie was a member of The Foursquare Church.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Maxwell Clifford Jones, Jr. “Max”, and four brothers, Lewis. Leon, Weldon, and Herb Oatman. Survivors include her son, Maxwell Clifford Jones III; granddaughters, Victoria Rose Jones Raxter, Danielle Nicole Jones, and Caitlin Elise Jones Greathouse, and great-grandchildren, Zacharia Edward Raxter, Gabriel James Raxter, Jaxton Ray Keatts, Raylynn Naomi Greathouse, Caleb Waylon Greathouse, Millie Grace Keatts, and Naomi Elizabeth-Anne Keatts; sister, Kleta Gregg; daughter in law, Paula Marie Crews Jones; step-grandchildren, Josh Medlin and Prestaen Medlin.
