Anna Rose Anderson, age 96 of Granite, Md., passed away Monday, June 14, 2021.
She entered this life on January 6, 1925 in Granite, Md. to the late LeRoy and Claudia Brantley Beasman. She was a member of Granite Presbyterian Church and, while in Clarksville, enjoyed worship and fellowship at Hickory Point United Methodist Church.
Anderson was a retired schoolteacher, loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, George Anderson; son, Stephen Anderson and daughter-in-law, Jeanine Anderson.
Survivors include her sons, George Anderson and his wife, Mary Kay, as well as Michael Anderson and his wife, Patricia; daughter, Claudia Knight and her husband, Albert; grandchildren, Katie Goldsmith, Scott Anderson, Katrina Lanham, Laurie Phipps, Kelly Couts, Elizabeth Fowler, Tony Anderson, Steve Anderson, Sierra Anderson, Alicia Anderson and Grant Anderson. Anna is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren.
Services will be held at Granite Presbyterian Church in Granite, Md. Burial will take place at Prospect Cemetery in Breckenridge, Pa. next to her late husband.
