CLARKSVILLE,Tenn.- The American Cancer Society Relay For Life® campaign will officially get underway on Tuesday, October 13 at 6 p.m.
Event volunteers and participants gather at the Hilldale Baptist Family Life Center for a kickoff rally to launch their fundraising efforts for the year.

There will also be recognition for this past year’s participating teams and their contributions toward this effort. This year’s campaign theme will also be unveiled at the rally.

All teams registered by Monday, October 12, 2015 will receive a special prize at the kickoff event, and individuals present will be eligible to participate in drawings for special door prizes.
Relay For Life provides support for all forms of cancer; however, with this year’s campaign launch of its “Hope Lives Here” campaign the focus will be breast cancer. “Hope Lives Here” is part of the Paint Tennessee Pink effort to address Breast Cancer Awareness. This campaign is to help promote awareness of the prevention, research and treatment as well as survival of breast cancer that affects men and women globally.
