CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – (CLARKSVILLENOW) The American Cancer Society will host its annual Love Lights a Tree ceremony Sunday, December 3 at Tennova Healthcare, 651 Dunlop Lane. The ceremony will begin at 5 p.m. in the hallway to the left of the emergency room entrance.

The Cancer Society’s Love Lights a Tree is a special way to honor or remember those who have lost their lives to cancer or have suffered from the disease. The live tree on the front lawn of Tennova will glow with lights celebrating the family and friends of those who are loved.

This is the 28th year for Love Lights a Tree in Clarksville which is a fundraiser for the American Cancer Society. Each year nominations are taken for someone to serve as the honorary chairperson for the fundraising campaign. Servella Terry, wife of the late Pastor Jimmy Terry, will introduce the chairperson.
