Alyce Victoria Bradford Powers, age 97 of Clarksville, passed away Tuesday, June 22, 2021 at Walking Horse Meadows.
She was born July 14, 1923, in Mt. Vernon, Ind. to the late Jay Bradford and Nancy Beard Bradford.
Powers is survived by her son, Monty (Colleen) Powers, Jr.; grandchildren, William Powers and Kayla Powers; brothers, Hubert Bradford and Wendell Bradford and sisters, Debbie Mickle, Cheryl Phillips, Sue Perkins and Vernice Oliver. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Monty Powers, Sr. and brothers, Royal Bradford, Golden Bradford and Donald Bradford.
A celebration of life service will be held Saturday, June 26, at 10 a.m. at the chapel of Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home with Rev. Dan van Eys officiating. Burial will follow at Waynick Cemetery in Vanleer, Tenn. Visitation will be Friday, June 25 from 5 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
