CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – Altra Federal Credit Union will host a free Teens and Money seminar for students ages 13-17 on Tuesday, April 2 from 6-8 p.m. at 2625 Wilma Rudolph Blvd.

“This is a great session for teens to learn basic skills for budgeting concepts and a great way for teens to learn valuable skills for the future,” said Danielle Anderson, Youth Program Supervisor for Altra Federal Credit Union.

The free session is highly interactive and will focus on budgeting to create savings, effective money management, and goal setting. Participants will have the chance to win prizes, including cash.

Altra membership is not required to attend, but registration is necessary to save your seat. This session is limited to 40 students. Pizza and refreshments will be provided. If you are interested in attending, you can register online at www.altra.org.
