1SG (Ret) Alton Levon Grice, age 80, passed away Wednesday, October 2, 2019.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 12 p.m. Friday, October 4, 2019, at the chapel of McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home. Burial and Full Military Honors will follow at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West.
The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until the hour of service at the funeral home.
Alton was born on July 20, 1939, in Andalusia, AL to the late Dewey and Rosa Biggs Grice. Alton was a Retired Veteran of the United States Army. He served twenty-six years active duty, was a Vietnam Veteran, and a Purple Heart recipient.
He is survived by his loving wife, Choe Grice; sons, Levon (Shanna) Grice, and Erich (Tiffany) Grice; daughter, Kay Brannon; grandchildren, Makenna, Jorren, Kaiya, and Kaede Grice.
Military members will serve as pallbearers.
