Allen Dale McCarver II, age 39 of Clarksville, passed away on Monday, July 27, 2020. He was born on February 13, 1981, in Clarksville, TN to Allen Dale McCarver I and Cynthia Bragg. Allen served in the United States Army and eventually started working in construction.
