Allen Scott Blankenship, age 47, of Clarksville, passed away Tuesday, October 15, 2013 in Hopkinsville, Kentucky.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, October 21, 2013 at the chapel of McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery.
The Blankenship family will receive friends from 2 to 8 p.m. Sunday and 11 a.m. until the hour of service Monday.
Scott entered this life on March 10, 1966 in Grangeville, Idaho. He was a former manager of Captain D’s and then Sam’s Club and was a loving son, father, and brother.
Survivors include his mother, Nancy Bridges and his father, Leroy Blankenship and his wife Sandy; children, Christopher Blankenship and Kayleiana Johnson Blankenship; siblings, Jeff Blankenship, Dwane Blankenship, Wendy Meyer, Valarie Stovall, and Tyler Matzke. He is also survived by his grandmother Louise Senn.
