Alberto Cuellar Bernal, Jr., age 68, of Clarksville, passed away on Monday, November 24, 2014 at his residence.
Alberto was born September 12, 1946 in Uvalde, TX, to the late Alberto Cuellar Bernal, Sr. and Magdalena Varela Bernal.
Mr. Bernal was a production supervisor at Josten’s. He was a sergeant in the US Army, where he served as an Airborne Ranger.
Memorial service will be held at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, December 2, at the Chapel of Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home, where military honors will be conducted. Visitation will be from 5 p.m. until the hour of service Tuesday, at the funeral home.
Alberto is survived by five sons, Gino Bernal (and wife Laura Haros), Mario Bernal, and Ismael Bernal of Cincinnati, OH, Rico Bernal (and fiance Desirae Pounds) of McGuire Air Force Base, NJ, and Rafael Bernal of Dover, TN; brother, Elias Varela of Uvalde, TX; and two sisters, Oralia Castillo and Rachel Varela of Uvalde, TX.
