Agnes Lucille West, 83, of Clarksville, TN, died Wednesday, November 6, 2013 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. She was born October 6, 1930 in Hopkins, MN to the late Fred Holasek and Albena Lhotka Holasek. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Fred Holasek, Jr. and sister, Shirley Jean Halver.
Private graveside service will be held at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery-West in Hopkinsville, KY.
Agnes is survived by her husband, Edward West of Clarksville, TN; two sons, Keith Sperry (Diane) and Eric West (Melissa) of Clarksville, TN; daughter, Andrea Ewald (Rich) of Russellville, KY; sister, Mary Jane Dudycha of Minnetonka, MN; five grandchildren, Jonathan Sperry, Christopher Sperry, Ashley Wilson, Savannah West, and Shea West; and three great grandchildren, Kingston, Kaleb, and Kayla.
