CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – Clarksville police have made a fifth arrest in connection with the October 2014 murder of Joshua Simpson.
Leonard Tyrone Talley of Nashville was arrested Monday and charged with two counts of felony murder, two counts of criminal responsibility, two counts of conspiracy, especially aggravated burglary, and especially aggravated robbery.
These charges were handed down by the August term of the Montgomery County Grand Jury.
Last week, RC Eason of Gallatin, Jerome Simpson of Megs, GA, and Erica Evans of Clarksville were also charged in Simpson’s death.
39-year-old Lynwood J. Davis was charged with felony murder and aggravated burglary related to Simpson’s death about six months ago.
