Adam Roy Mandez, age 46 of Clarksville passed away Tuesday, October 5, 2021, at Tennova Healthcare.
Celebration of Life will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, October 12, 2021, at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home with Pastor Llanos officiating. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery.
The family will receive friends on Monday from 5 to 8 p.m. and again on Tuesday from 9 a.m. until the hour of service.
Adam entered this life on March 20, 1975, in Indianapolis, IN to the late Pedro Mandez and Iraida Rodriguez Mandez.
In addition to his mother, survivors include his wife, Glenda Mandez; children, Yanira Mandez, Stephanie Mandez, Adam Mandez, Steven Mandez, Heydee Lopez, Sonya Alvarado, Isamaris Alvarado; sister, Michelle Mandez; brother, Pedro Mandez; grandchildren, David Lopez, Aliana Lopez, Sophia Maldonado, and Levi Maldonado.
The family will serve as pallbearers.
