Accused shoplifter wanted for striking officer with car while fleeing

CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – Clarksville police are trying to locate a woman with several active warrants on file.

Stephanie Howard, 22, is wanted for reckless endangerment (two counts), driving on a revoked license, resisting arrest, shoplifting (two counts), contraband in a penal institution, and simple possession.

Police said one of Howard’s reckless endangerment warrants stems from allegedly striking an officer with a car while leaving the scene of a store after shoplifting.
