At about 2:11 p.m. Monday, based upon CPD’s preliminary investigation, it appears that a 2000 Chevy Silverado driven by a 70-year-old Clarksville man ran the stop sign at Stonemeadow Drive, striking Spiceland’s 1997 Toyota 4 Runner, which was traveling north on Warfield, causing it to overturn.

The Silverado then went into the path of a 2015 Nissan Sentra, driven by a 52-year-old Clarksville man, traveling south on Warfield, causing a head-on collision.
