TODD COUNTY, Ky. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – Kentucky State Police have arrested a fifth suspect in the fatal shooting of a man on Stateline Road Sunday.
Detectives said Friday morning they located Douglas Ray Cropper, age 41, of Oakland, KY.
Cropper has been charged with one count of complicity to murder, and one count of tampering with physical evidence.
Four suspects were arrested and charged in the case earlier this week.
