CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – Clarksville Now launches a new podcast, Clarksville’s Conversation, focused on the local community.

Guests range from government leaders, business owners, to celebrities that call Clarksville home.

Clarksville’s Conversation will debut on Wednesday, January 16 with back-to-back interviews with Montgomery County Mayor Jim Durrett and newly elected Clarksville Mayor Joe Pitts.

The podcast lets you eavesdrop on the stories shared by innovators and leaders in the community.

Each week Charlie Koon, VP Director of Corporate & Military Development at F&M Bank, and Katie Gambill, President and General Manager of 5 Star Media Group, will discuss ideas and inspirations behind the people shaping our city.

“There’s always something new to learn about people. Just when you think you know them, they tell another interesting story which we’re excited to share through our new podcast,” Gambill said.

“Co-hosting this is such fun because we get to hear a whole other side of Clarksville personalities,” said Koon. “I think listeners will be surprised by the inside stories and insights from these heartwarming conversations.”

New shows will be added weekly at ClarksvillesConversation.com. The current lineup includes:

Jason Roy, lead singer of Building 429

Congressman Mark Green

Ryan Bowie, Executive Director of Roxy Regional Theater

Mike Burnette, Lead Pastor of Lifepoint Church
