Taking a very hands-on approach, owner Bert Singletary is fully involved in all aspects of the construction process. Prospective homeowners can sit with him one-on-one to discuss their ideas for their new home, and he’s often seen in our communities overseeing new home builds, working with our teams to ensure quality. Long-term relationships with our neighborhood vendors mean our clients get VIP treatment.

Then they meet for a one-on-one consultation at our showroom to make the decorative selections for their new home to tailor the decor to their personal style both inside and out! They can choose from a variety of colors and styles of brick, siding, cabinets, counter tops, flooring, tile, paint and more!
