CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – Site plans have been submitted to the Clarksville-Montgomery County Regional Planning Commission for the development of a Chick-fil-A off Fort Campbell Boulevard.
This would be the third dine-in and drive-thru location for Chick-fil-A in Clarksville; the other two locations are at 1626 Madison St. and 3096 Wilma Rudolph Blvd.


The planned Chick-fil-A on Fort Campbell Boulevard is on a 1.69-acre site, and site plans show the interior will be made up of 90 seats with 16 seats also placed on the outside. Site plans also show 71 parking spaces and a double-lane drive thru.
It is expected that there will be two entrances and two exits, with one directly off Fort Campbell Boulevard, as well as one on Ashbury Road to the south of the development.
Carter Engineering, based out of Bogart, Georgia, is the listed applicant for the site plans, as well as a Mark Campbell. Meanwhile, the agent/engineer on the project is listed as Chick-fil-A Inc., as well as Brent Edmiston.
The next Regional Planning Commission meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, Feb. 24, according to their website.
