Powell and the other suspect, 21-year-old Tyler Stilke, are accused of the murder of Andrew Young at his home on May 11, 2018.

Clarksville police said several male suspects broke into a house on Post Road in May 2018 and Andrew Young, a resident of the home, was shot. He was later pronounced dead at Tennova Hospital.

More arrests are expected in the case.

“The return of other suspects, who are cooperating with the Clarksville Police Department (CPD) in the ongoing investigation, is being coordinated,” CPD spokesman Jim Knoll said. “Upon their return to Clarksville they will face charges in relation to the homicide. The public’s safety is always the primary concern and CPD wants to assure the public they are not in danger as the return of the suspects is being arranged.”
