CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – A man who was found with a gunshot wound in the parking lot of Belle Forest Apartments Sunday has died from his injuries.
Clarksville police said 20-year-old Cameron Rosario Ortiz died Sunday night after police found him with a gunshot wound inside a car in the parking lot of the apartment complex.
The shooting is now being investigated as a homicide.
Investigators said the shooting does not appear to be random and the general public is not in danger.
A suspect has not been named and no further information is available at this time.
