CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) – Two people were killed in a single-vehicle crash in the westbound lanes of Interstate 24 in Montgomery County early Saturday morning.
WKRN News 2 reports that it happened at Exit 1 near the Tennessee/Kentucky state line around 3 a.m.
According to the Tennessee Highway Patrol, the two victims were pronounced dead at the scene.
Details surrounding the crash and the victim’s identities were not immediately released.
The roadway fully reopened to traffic around 7 a.m.
