FORT CAMPBELL, Ky. – Approximately 190 soldiers from Fort Campbell, to include Brig. Gen. Frank W. Tate, 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault) deputy commanding general for support, will return home Tuesday.

Family, friends, and fellow soldiers will gather for a ceremony to welcome the returning soldiers home from their deployment to West Africa where the unit provided humanitarian assistance in support of Operation United Assistance, the comprehensive U.S. government response to the Ebola pandemic.

This group of Soldiers completed their 21-day controlled monitoring at Fort Bliss, Texas.

The ceremony is scheduled to begin at 2:15 p.m. The time is subject to change with short notice.

Visitors can enter through Gate 7 to the Fort Campbell Visitor’s Center.  A valid photo ID, vehicle registration and insurance is required to get on post.
