CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – Two 18-year-olds have been charged in Wednesday’s shooting on Buckshot Drive that left a 17-year-old dead.
Shortly after the shooting, deputies with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office saw a vehicle that was possibly involved in the shooting in the area of Madison Street and Pageant Lane and initiated a traffic stop, according to a news release from Clarksville Police spokesperson Scott Beaubien.
The vehicle fled, and deputies pursued it until it stopped in Lincoln Homes. The occupants ran, and after a short pursuit, 18-year-old Robert Holland of Nashville was arrested.
He has been charged with criminal homicide, two counts of evading arrest and reckless endangerment.
The second 18-year-old, Miracle Bailey of Clarksville, has been charged with facilitation of criminal homicide.
This is still an ongoing investigation and no other information has been released.
