CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – A Clarksville 12-year-old is facing charges after calling in a false bomb threat to Magic Wheels Fun Center on Fort Campbell Blvd. Friday night.
Police spokesman Jim Knoll told Clarksvillenow.com that the business received a call stating there was explosive material on the premises. The building was evacuated and a subsequent search found no signs of explosives.
The call was traced back to three children between the ages of 11 and 15 years old who had been making prank calls to local businesses using one of the children’s phones.
The 12-year-old was cited with filing a false report and was turned over to a family member.
