101st Combat Aviation Brigade homecoming

FORT CAMPBELL, Ky. – Fort Campbell has released details on upcoming return ceremonies for troops of the 101st Combat Aviation Brigade (CAB) “Wings of Destiny.”

According to Fort Campbell, six returns are scheduled over the next seven days at the following times:

Fri., Jan. 8 at 9:42 a.m.

Sun., Jan. 10 at 1:30 p.m. and 2:35 p.m.

Tue., Jan. 12 at 11:00 a.m.

Wed., Jan. 13 at 11:10 a.m.

Fri., Jan. 15 at 5:30 p.m.

Ceremony times are subject to change up to two hours prior to the scheduled time. Plan to arrive at least two hours prior to the ceremony start time. Call your unit point of contact if you have questions or concerns.

Around 1,000 soldiers with the brigade deployed to Afghanistan in March to support of Operation Freedom’s Sentinel, the seventh deployment for the 101st CAB in the last 14 years.
